Scope and quote
Work begins only after the client receives and accepts a written scope that lists deliverables, exclusions, price, currency, payment method, delivery target, revision allowance, and handoff terms. A public starting price is not a binding quote.
Payment
The normal structure is 50% before scheduling and 50% before final production handoff. Payment is requested only through the method and legal billing details stated in the accepted quote. Do not transfer money to an account received from an unverified third party.
Delivery and client responsibilities
Delivery estimates begin after the initial payment and receipt of required non-sensitive content. The client must provide accurate content, lawful instructions, brand assets they are permitted to use, and timely feedback. Delays in access or feedback can move the delivery date.
Revisions and support
Listed packages include one revision round within the agreed scope and seven calendar days of defect correction after handoff. New features, changed flows, additional languages, new integrations, or changed content volume require a separate quote.
Third-party services
Telegram, hosting providers, AI models, databases, calendars, CRMs, email, SMS, and other services have their own terms, availability, and fees. Unless the quote says otherwise, the client owns and pays for those accounts and usage charges.
Security and privacy
Never submit passwords, bot tokens, API keys, payment data, customer lists, or confidential documents through the public brief. Any required credential must be shared later through an agreed secure method and should be rotated after handoff where practical.
Cancellations and refunds
If a project is cancelled, completed work and committed third-party costs are deducted from payments received. Any refund or remaining balance is calculated against the accepted milestones and written scope. No refund is promised for completed and accepted work.
No outcome guarantee
Software delivery does not guarantee sales, leads, platform approval, uninterrupted third-party service, or a specific financial result. The service is responsible for the agreed deliverables, not the client's market performance.
