Telegram bot services

Small Telegram bots with a clear scope, price, and handoff.

Choose a focused first version for support, lead capture, booking requests, or channel operations. Every project starts with a written scope and avoids collecting secrets through this website.

Fixed-scope starting packages

Start small, prove the workflow, then add integrations only if they are useful.

Prices are starting estimates in USD for the scope shown. A final quote is confirmed after reviewing the brief. Hosting, paid APIs, third-party subscriptions, and unusually complex integrations are separate.

Budget planner

Build a rough project estimate before contacting us.

This is a planning estimate, not a final quote. Final price depends on the written scope, third-party fees, data requirements, and technical access.

How delivery works

A visible process with no surprise scope.

1. Brief

Describe the audience, goal, required steps, and existing tools without sharing credentials.

2. Scope

You receive a written deliverable list, final quote, timeline, and exclusions before work starts.

3. Build & test

The bot is built against agreed test content and checked on mobile and desktop Telegram.

4. Handoff

You receive setup notes, source or deployment terms defined in the quote, and a short support window.

Common questions

Know the commercial basics before you start.

Do I need to pay through an online checkout?

No. After scope confirmation, payment instructions can be provided for bank transfer. Never send money before receiving the written scope and payment details.

How is the project normally paid?

The usual starting structure is 50% to schedule the project and 50% before final production handoff. The accepted method, currency, invoice details, and milestones are confirmed in writing.

What support is included?

The listed packages include one revision round and seven calendar days of defect correction after the agreed handoff. New features or changed requirements are quoted separately.

Who pays hosting and API costs?

The client pays any Telegram-adjacent hosting, AI usage, database, email, SMS, or third-party subscription charges unless the final quote explicitly includes them.

Will I receive source code?

Source-code access, deployment ownership, and ongoing maintenance are stated in the final quote so both sides know what is included before payment.

Can you guarantee sales or savings?

No. A bot can improve a defined workflow, but revenue, lead volume, adoption, and cost savings depend on the client's offer, traffic, operations, and customers.

Good first projects

Focused flows with a clear start and finish: answer FAQs, qualify a lead, collect a request, notify an admin, or automate one repetitive channel task.

Quoted separately

Payments, AI model usage, CRM or ERP integration, multilingual content, dashboards, high-volume infrastructure, complex moderation, and ongoing content operations need a custom scope.

Security boundary

Never paste a Telegram bot token, API key, password, customer list, payment data, or private company document into the public brief. Credentials are handled only after scope approval through an agreed secure method.
